For parents, guardians and teachers

Safe to hand over. Good for their brain.

Here's exactly how ASAP Arcade works: what kids do, what they learn, what we collect, and what we never do.

Our promises

What we never do

These aren't settings you have to find. They're how the games are built.

No ads

Not in the app, not in our Roblox game. No pop-ups and no "watch a video for a reward."

No buying coins

Coins are earned by playing and learning, never sold. The app has no in-app purchases.

No chat in the app

The app has no chat and no outside links. Kids can't message anyone.

What kids learn

STEM, one round at a time

In the app

Kids catch the right letters to spell STEM words, at Turtle, Bunny or Falcon speed. Every STEM Bot card they collect carries a Quantum Byte, a STEM question to talk through together.

In the Roblox game

Each island is a STEM subject: spell science words, bake in batches, build and test cars, grow a garden. The STEM Card tracks progress across Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.

Quantum Bytes

A learning moment on every card

Each of the 24 STEM Bot cards in Release 1 carries a Quantum Byte. Some are quick math, like doubling a cookie recipe. Others are big open questions, like why we have seasons or how video games know when you win.

How to use them. When your kid unlocks a new card, ask its Quantum Byte out loud. Let them answer first, share your own guess, then look it up together. Five minutes, no worksheet.

Play together

Make it a family crew

In our Roblox game, you can start a crew with your kids and play as a team: Crew Matches across all four STEM subjects, server-wide STEM Rushes, and a Crew Fort you save up for together with coins you earned. Crewmates on the same server earn a play-together bonus, so playing alongside your kid pays off for both of you.

Roblox and safety

Playing on Roblox

Our game runs on Roblox, so Roblox's account rules and parental controls apply. A few things worth knowing:

No typing to strangers

Typed chat is turned off in our game. Crew names come from a kid-safe word list, so no player-written text reaches other players.

Set it up together

Use Roblox Parental Controls to manage spending limits, screen time and friends. Link your own account as the parent.

We never ask kids to leave

Inside Roblox we never point kids to other apps or websites. This page is for grown-ups.

Questions

Grown-up FAQ

Is it free?

Yes. The ASAP Arcade app is free with no in-app purchases, and the Roblox game is free to play. Coins in both are earned by playing, never sold.

What ages is it for?

Ages 6 and up. Younger players may enjoy it with a grown-up nearby, especially for reading the words.

What devices does it run on?

The app runs on iPhone and iPad (App Store), Android phones and tablets (Google Play) and Amazon Fire tablets. The Roblox game runs wherever Roblox does: phones, tablets and computers.

What information do you collect?

In the app: an optional parent email, a player ID and game progress, so progress is saved. We don't sell or share it. Read the privacy policy.

How do I delete my child's account?

Use the account deletion page and we'll remove the account and its data.

Are the app and the Roblox game connected?

They share the same world and the same STEM Bots, so kids recognize their favorites in both. Release 1 has 24 bots, with more on the way. Progress isn't linked between the two yet.

Can schools and libraries use it?

Yes, and we'd love to help. The Quantum Byte questions work well as class or library discussion starters. Join the list below and tick "Library or classroom," or email us.
